on August 22nd, 2009 and will leave from the firehouse
BREAKFAST WILL BE AVAILABLE
DURING REGISTRATION
Registration will be from 8am to
10am, with the run leaving shortly after.
The run will end at Mayo Park with
a BBQ starting at 1pm
Dear visitor,
Welcome to the information page for the Beachwood Volunteer Fire Company's
2009 Poker Run/Community BBQ. The success of this fundraiser depends upon
your participation, suggestions, and feedback throughout the months leading
to the day of the event. We are currently accepting donations from various
sponsors throughout the area. Donations in the amount of $100.00 will
be accepted in the form of check/money order, and should be made out to
the Beachwood Volunteer Fire Co. 2009 Poker Run. We also request that
letterhead/business cards including a contact number for the sponsor and
shirt size be provided. Both the check/money order, and sponsor information
should be mailed to the Beachwood Vol. Fire Co. Attn: Poker Run Committee,
745 Beachwood Blvd, Beachwood NJ 08722. In return we will print your business
name on the back of the poker run shirts which will be available the day
of the run, and you will be able to participate in the poker run/BBQ for
free.
We are also accepting door prizes which include: tickets, coupons, gift
certificates, etc. If you are interested in donating a door prize, please
send an email to the address below and we will provide you with further
information.
Vendors are welcome to attend the barbecue as well, and are requested
to either send email to the address below, or call 732-349-0014.
Details regarding the run will be posted in the upcoming months!!!!
A limited number of 2008 Poker
Run Shirts are still available. Cost for any size shirt is $7.00.
