In a partnership with the Beachwood Bureau of Fire Prevention, the fire department is pleased to offer FREE smoke detectors to families in need. To request a smoke detector or to have the fire department install a detector for you, please use the contact form below. The smoke detectors are limited and will be distributed based on availability.

We encourage all residents to follow two basic fire safety tips to save lives: Check or install smoke detectors and practice fire drills at home.
